Vincotech's A1080-A is developed for indoor use and is based on the SiRF Star III low power chip. It not only benchmarks sensitivity and power consumption, this receiver is also 100% compatible with the A1037-A GPS module. Guaranteeing one of the smallest footprints and easy implementation, the A1080-A can even be used in handheld devices and other size optimized battery powered applications.

Miniaturized footprint and minimal power consumption along with high-end performance characterize Vincotech’s new GPS module A1082-A. Limited space is a typical condition of handheld devices. The A1082-A provides NMEA complaint PVT (Position Velocity and Time) information by requiring only 11 x 15 mm mounting space. Fastest start-up behaviour and various power save modes, managed by hardware and software, will extend the lifetime of battery powered devices.

A-1029-C
Providing accurate PVT (Position, Velocity and Time) information and fully equipped with almost countless functions and features, the A1029-C is the flexible GPS receiver module from Vincotech. WAAS/EGNOS/MSAS is supported in order to improve position accuracy and assisted GPS data is received via serial interface to cut down start up times. In situations where the satellite signals are blocked, sensor signals that are connected to the module with a minimum of effort will help to further calculate positions (Dead Reckoning). Furthermore, the A1029-C offers an accurate one pulse per second (1PPS) signal synchronized to Universal Time (UTC).
The USB1029 DemoKit allows easy demonstration and evaluation of the module's capabilities, while the EVA1029 Evaluation Kit demonstrates the integration of the module into a surrounding system and offers additional access to most of the I/O ports.

An instant start - the USB1029 DemoKit
Plug to your PC and see GPS instantly!
It was never easier to get a GPS demonstration unit connected to your PC. The USB1029 DemoKit holds a USB controller that allows for a fast set-up. Just connect the GPS demonstration board to your PC using the USB cable (which additionally supplies power to the board) and you will be promoted for the proper drivers, which you will find on the included CD. A serial port is automatically assigned to the board. Now all that is left to do is to place the antenna where it can see the sky and you will be able to monitor the GPS information on your PC either with a simple terminal program or using Vincotech's GPS Cockpit which is included in the CD as well
